Personal REXX for Windows Demo

About this Demo

This is a demonstration version of Personal REXX for Windows. It is available in two forms, depending on whether you are using 16-bit versions of Windows, such as Windows 3.x, 95, 98, or ME, or 32-bit versions of Windows, such as Windows NT, 2000, or XP.

The functionality of the two versions of Personal Rexx is very similar. The main difference of operation lies in the actual executable files required.

The primary limitation of this demo version is that REXX programs longer than 50 lines cannot be executed. In addition, it is not possible to create "tokenized" (pre-processed) REXX code with this version or execute REXX files consisting only of "tokenized" code. All other features of Personal REXX for Windows may be used with this demo version.

The demo includes not only the REXX language interpreter/compiler, but also an integrated development environment, function libraries, and various other utilities for REXX programming. All online documentation and sample programs are just the same as in the full product.

Of course, the full Personal REXX for Windows product does not have a 50-line limit on the size of source files. It also comes with complete printed documentation, including a 230 page User's Guide, and a 340-page REXX Language Reference manual.

This is a demonstration version of the product only. It may be used for up to 30 days to determine whether the product meets your needs. You may not use it beyond the 30-day trial period without obtaining a proper license to the software.
